We highly recommend you review our Terms & Conditions and ask us any questions prior to making a bid on any item.
We make every effort to provide accurate, detailed information about each item we sell. We may add to the description or add further information by answering a question and attaching the information on the bottom of the listing, therefore if the new information precedes a bid, it is part of the listing.
All items are sold as presented. If the description or photographs do not show an accessory or a component of the item, we do not have it. Please ask any questions during the auction and we will attempt to answer them before end of the auction. However, once the auction is over we may not answer questions.
If we have tested the item we will add this to the item description. If we cannot test an item we might quote the owner on the item's condition. We take no responsibility for statements or claims made by the owner, so you will not be able to rely on it.
We will not be able to accept a return of the item if any untested functionality is not working properly, or is not safe to use.
auctionPeople.co.uk are committed to only selling original items. We examine each item thoroughly and only list ones we are satisfied are original and genuine. However, we cannot guarantee the origin of products and will not take an item back should it turn out not to be original.
Paying for your Item
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. Our preference is PayPal, although we will accept personal or bank cheques. We will accept cash, particularly for store collections, but again, this must occur within seven (7) days of the close of auction.
As an eBay Trading Assistant we have a responsibility to the sellers we represent, to ensure all transactions are completed as efficiently as possible. Therefore, we reserve the option to revoke any auction win and file a Non-Payer Dispute if payment is not received within (7) days.
Item Delivery
auctionPeople.co.uk take great care to ensure your item is shipped quickly and safely to you. All orders are despatched within 5 days after full payment has been received and cleared.
As we attempt to ship your purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only combine orders for items which were bought within 4 hours of each other. We usually cannot combine more than three items for one shipment.
Any breakable/fragile items or those items containing a liquid which could cause seepage will be shipped individually. Weight and size of the box also plays a part in combined shipping.
Collecting Items
If you have won an item that has been specified as collection-only, the item must be collected within seven (7) days of the close of the auction or storage fees will apply at a rate of £10 per day, without exception. You should never bid on an item if you do not want to collect it or have it collected.
If you require the item packaged for collection, i.e. if you want to send a courier to collect on your behalf, we shall charge a nominal fee of £1.75 for packing time and materials.
Collection can be made by visiting our drop-shop located at 299 Archway Road, London N6 5AA (check out Contact Us / Find Us for details). To ensure your item is prepared for your collection, we advise calling us at least one hour prior to your arrival on 0845 226 2212.
If you win a lot that requires collection directly from the Seller, you will be provided with the contact details of the Seller on receipt of cleared funds only. From the point at which the contact details are provided you assume full responsibility for the collection of the lot and any costs incurred thereafter.
Please allow up to 7 days to arrange collection for items located in the Sellers home. This is due to the time it takes to ensure collection suits both parties. If paying by cash, payment must be made at our drop-shop in Highgate prior to collection. The Sellers address will be provided upon payment.
Returning Items
We can only accept returns if the item varies significantly from its description in the auction. You must email support@auctionPeople.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item quoting your eBay ID, the item number, your intention to return the item, and the reason.
Please be aware you are responsible for any return shipping charges.

Liabilities
auctionPeople's liability to you or any third parties under any circumstances is limited to the sale price of the relevant goods. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments so please consider insurance, especially for more valuable items.
If you are outside the European Community you might be liable to pay custom duties.
